Delete your account

Open Settings › Your data › Delete my account. Type DELETE, enter your password and confirm. You are signed out straight away.

Sign in, then open Settings › Your data. There you can download a copy of your data, delete your account, or, as the owner, delete the whole workspace.

Write to chill.studio.dev@gmail.com from the email address of your account, with “Delete my account” in the subject. We confirm it is you and delete the account within one month.

• Your account: profile, sign-in methods, sessions, AI chats and notifications.
• Workspaces you alone own: clients, jobs, quotes, invoices, enquiries, files and their subscription.
• In teams you belong to, what you added for the business stays with that business, without your name.
• Data goes from the live service straight away and from backups within 30 days.
• We keep only our own billing records that tax law requires.

Export your data first from Settings › Your data: your invoices are your accounting records and you must keep them (six years in the UK).
